Summary: Following the Laughing Man's case, Section 9 disbanded after the government's raid to hide scandals. Under Aramaki's movement and manipulation, Section 9 returned but was now a hidden section, directly under the Prime Minister's command. The case of this section revolves around the case of Individual Eleven, which begins with terrorist attacks and ignites war between the government army and the refugee that ultimately leads to the risk of a nuclear war. Like the previous installment, this series is divided into two parts: Dividual episode and Individual episode. The Dividual episodes, similar to the Standalone episodes from the previous installment, are little stories during the investigation. Individual episodes are the episodes related to the Individual Eleven case. In this part 2, viewers will have the opportunity to learn more about the past as well as the lives of some characters such as Major, Batou, Saito, Paz.
