Summary: Major 2nd is the second anime base on manga series of the same name by author Takuya Mitsuda. Shigeno Daigo is an elementary school student whose father was a professional baseball player. Inspired by his father Goro, a former Major League player. Daigo started his baseball training with Mifune Dolphins, a youth team at the tournament. However, he was unable to fulfill his expectations of a professional footballer's son so he quit playing baseball in less than a year. Then, in the spring of the year he was in 6th grade, Daigo's school received a transfer student who had just returned from America. It was Sato Hikaru and it turned out that his father was Sato Toshiya, a former Major League player and a close friend of Goro. The fate of two young men begins to enter a new turning point!
