Summary: When Ruka was a child, she saw a ghost in the water of the aquarium where her father worked. Now, she feels she has some connection to that aquarium and the two mysterious boys she meets. They were Umi and Sora – two children raised by sea cows. Like Ruka, they heard a strange voice calling them out from the other ocean.

Meanwhile, Ruka’s father and the other adults don’t care much about the children, as they are plunging into a mysterious phenomenon – the mass of fish in the oceans around the world suddenly disappeared.
