Summary: The anime story tells about the war between two neighboring countries, the Katvarna Empire and the Republic of Kioka. In Katvarna, the main character Ikuta – a guy who is lazy but respects women. Although he hated war, but because of the dilemma, he was forced to take part in the exam for Senior Civil Servants serving in the Army. No one could have expected that this 17-year-old boy could achieve a terrible high score and become a general holding the lives of millions of people. Ikuta saved this world by engulfing meaningless war with his genius brain.
